Transition Services are designed to meet the needs of students on an individualized basis. We conduct a comprehensive Community Based Vocational Assessment (CBVA) to determine the best program to meet your personal transition needs. We design a program specifically for you that will help you make a successful transition out of high school and into adult life. Check with us to learn more or to speak with families who are satisfied with our services.

Are you facing staffing challenges that prohibit you from meeting a family's request for specific services for their child? Are you wondering what else you can do to provide a student with life/vocational/social experiences and training that they will benefit from? We can help!! We will work with your child study team, the student and their family to design a Transition Plan to best meet the needs of your students. Plans vary based on service need, hours available and transportation.
